Notice on cyber attack
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) is hereby informing the public that its computer server has suffered a cyber attack, which makes it currently impossible to respond to enquiries via official e-mail addresses. Hanfa's website is also unavailable.
In cooperation with the competent institutions, we are working intensively to eliminate the consequences of the attack, we have filed a criminal complaint with the police and informed other competent authorities. We will continue to report on all findings and measures taken.
Regardless of the incident, Hanfa is available to users by phone 01/6173-200, and all documents can be submitted as usual to Hanfa's Filing and Records Office, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00, at Račkoga 6, Zagreb.
