Hanfa’s analysis of audited financial statements for 2022 – auditors gave positive opinion for 84% of issuers of securities

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) made an analysis of the provided audited financial statements of companies on the regulated market of the Republic of Croatia for 2022. The comparison of data for the prior three years (based on the hitherto submitted reports by a total of 90%, and 95% of issuers) has made it evident that the percentage of issuers with the positive opinion in 2022 increased (from 79% to 84%) compared to 2021. Auditors gave a positive opinion on financial statements to all companies on the Prime Market, to 88% companies on the Official Market, and to 75% companies on the Regular Market.
