36th Meeting

On 4 November 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 36th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on regulatory capital of UCITS management companies

2. Ordinance on regulatory capital of AIF management companies

3. Decision granting authorisation to Mihovil Božić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company SCANIA CREDIT HRVATSKA d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Lučko, Karlovačka cesta 96, OIB: 47520271895, for a term lasting five (5) years

4. Decision granting authorisation to Senka Fekeža Klemen to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 49659289650, LEI: 529900JNYHUFUO8D4Z14, for a term lasting one (1) year, running as of 3 December 2022
