35th Meeting

On 26 October 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 35th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company TANKERSKA PLOVIDBA d.d., Zadar, Ulica Božidara Petranovića 4, OIB 44952903763, LEI: 747800D0V2GHHYOYQK51, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d., Zadar, Ulica Božidara Petranovića 4, OIB 30312968003, LEI: 74780000Y04HB9CIA883

2. Decision granting approval to the company HELIOS FAROS d.d., Stari Grad, Naselje Helios 5, OIB: 48594515409, LEI: 747800D0K38EVHMJ4H31, for an EU recovery prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 13,000,000 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 130,000,000.00

3. Decision ordering the company Tikomar d.o.o., Bukovačka cesta 400 A, Zagreb, OIB: 25863653771, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act

4. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Turkalj to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the factoring company ESC Factoring d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Zahara 7, OIB: 00180729178, for a term of office lasting for five (5) years

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company PROGRESO GRUPA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its regostered office in Zagreb, OIB: 82220381090
