29th Meeting

On 5 September 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 29th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the investment fund management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, for significant amendments to the prospectus of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering

2. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, to establish and manage InterCapital Dollar Balanced open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval for the prospectus and rules of that sub-fund and the approval for the selection of the depositary for that fund, namely OTP banka dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Split, Ulica Domovinskog rata 61, OIB: 52508873833, LEI: 5299005UJX6K7BQKV086; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of net assets of InterCapital Dollar Balanced open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or a local and regional self-government unit of the Republic of Croatia, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Italy, Kingdom of the Netherlands or a local and regional self-government unit of those countries, and a public international authority of which one or several Member States are members

3. Decision revoking authorisation to conduct leasing operations issued to the company VANTAGE LEASING d.o.o. u likvidaciji, Zagreb, Horvatova 82, OIB: 55525619967, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-451-01/07-02/84; REGNO: 326-114-07-5 of 8 November 2007
