11th Meeting

On 24 March 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 11th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct business issued to the company QUAESTUS PRIVATE EQUITY d.o.o. za upravljanje otvorenim investicijskim fondovima rizičnog kapitala s privatnom ponudom, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 269d, personal identification number (OIB): 40761904921, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-451-04/14-05/27, REGNO: 326-443-14-7 of 25 July 2014, with regard to carrying out activities referred to in Article 13(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – establishment and management of alternative investment funds

2. Decision granting approval to the company FARVE PRO INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 34, personal identification number (OIB): 32697869602, for the merger of one sub-fond of the umbrella open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering FIMA Invest Funds named FIMA SEE Income Builder, open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering, with another sub-fund of the umbrella open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering FIMA Invest Funds named FIMA Global Income Builder, open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering, which, after the status change due to the merger, changes its name to Blue Income Builder, open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering

3. Decision granting approval to Uroš Ivanc to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d.d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, for a term 4 (four) years, running as of the day of his appointment to this function

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Valentino Maršić, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ DOMINO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Valentino Maršić, Zagreb, Ferdinanda Budickog 4
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company Peritus zastupanje d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Krapina
