9th Meeting

On 11 March 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 9th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the contents and structure of issuers’ interim reports and on the form and manner of their submission to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency

2. Decision granting approval to Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo d.d. Zagreb, Heinzelova 62a, personal identification number (OIB): 64406809162 (Central Depository and Clearing Company), for amendments to the Instruction of the Central Depository and Clearing Company in accordance with the Decision of the Management Board of that company adopted at its meeting on 12 January 2021; and granting approval for amendments to its Price List in accordance with the Decision of the Management Board of that company adopted at its meeting on 11 December 2020

3. Decision granting approval to the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Samoborska cesta 145, personal identification number (OIB): 23889363045, to delegate internal audit tasks to the company Zagrebačka banka d.d., Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 10, personal identification number (OIB): 92963223473

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company FINANCE 24 društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Kastav, Miserkino 5

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Biserka Friščić, founder of the insurance representation craft BE FREE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Biserka Friščić, Nedeljanec, Braće Radića 35

6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 30 November 2018 to Ivona Caganić, founder of the insurance representation craft INFINITY VISION, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Ivona Caganić, Šćitarjevo, Šćitarjevo 88, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/104, REGNO: 326-01-22-18-3, ceased to be valid on 20 October 2020

7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 7 June 2018 to Ksenija Černelić, founder of the insurance representation craft KSENIJA ČERNELIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ksenija Černelić, Zagreb, Ogrizovićeva 40, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/67, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-18-4, ceased to be valid on 31 March 2020
