On 4 March 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 8th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on permitted investments and additional investment limitations relating to mandatory pension funds
  2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on annual, quarterly and other reports of mandatory pension funds
  3. Decision granting approval to Nikolai Genchev Ivanov to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Planinska 13 A, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 75665455333, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision
  4. Decision granting approval to Georgios Bartzis to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Planinska 13 A, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 75665455333, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision  
  5. Decision granting approval to Andreea Stoica to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Planinska 13 A, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 75665455333, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision
  6. Decision granting approval to Hrvoje Pezić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company HOK-OSIGURANJE d.d., Capraška ulica 6, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 00432869176, for a term of 5 (five) years, running as of 27 March 2021
  7. Decision partly revoking the authorisation issued to the company AUCTOR INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Dežmanova 5, personal identification number (OIB): 10637066676, as regards the activities of UCITS management referred to in Article 13(1)(1) of the Act on Open-ended Investment Funds with Public Offering, issued on the basis of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 24 July 2008, CLASS: UP/I-451-04/08-05/24, REGNO: 326-113-08-3
