7th Meeting

On 25 February 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 7th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company FIMA INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 34, personal identification number (OIB): 32697869602, for significant amendments to the Prospectus and Rules of FIMA Invest Funds umbrella open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering

2. Decision revoking the authorisation to carry out ancillary activities relating to portfolio management and provision of investment advice issued to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 81769224349, on the basis of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 17 March 2011, CLASS: 451-04/10-52/4, REGNO: 326-113-11-17

3. Decision determining that the approval to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the credit institution KARLOVAČKA BANKA d.d., with its registered office in Karlovac, Ivana Gorana Kovačića 1, personal identification number (OIB): 08106331075, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/4, REGNO: 326-112-06-5, of 26 October 2006, has ceased to be valid

4. Decision granting approval to Andreas Harald Ofner, citizen of the Republic of Austria, from Vienna, Pillergasse 15-17/2/DG1, personal identification number (OIB): 63549838037, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Planinska 13 A, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 75665455333, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 17 May 2022

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Renata Barbić, founder of the insurance representation craft LEBINAC, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Renata Barbić, Senj, Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana 1A

6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 17 March 2017 to Veseljka Lebinac, founder of the insurance representation craft LEBINAC, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Veseljka Lebinac, Senj, Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana 1A, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/25, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-6, ceased to be valid on 18 December 2020
