6th Meeting

On 18 February 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 6th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company PBZ Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Grada Vukovara 271, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, for significant amendments to the prospectus of the open-ended investment fund with public offering PBZ Global fond, ISIN HRPBZIUGLBF3

2. Decision granting authorisation to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, for significant amendments to the prospectus of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering - sub-funds InterCapital Global Bond, ISIN HRHAAIUHICO9 and InterCapital Bond, ISIN HRICAMUCAON0

3. Decision granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, to merge open-ended investment funds with public-offering Platinum Global Opportunity, ISIN HRPNINUPJIE7, Platinum Blue Chip, ISIN HRPNINUPBLC2 and Triglav Special Opportunity, ISIN HRNFDAUUSAL9, into the open-ended investment fund with public-offering InterCapital Global Technology, as a new sub-fund of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN HRICAMUCAOT7; and approval for the establishment and management of InterCapital Global Technology, open-ended investment fund with public offering, as a new sub-fund of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN HRICAMUCAOT7, including approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as approval for the selection of the depositary for that fund - the company Addiko Bank d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, personal identification number (OIB): 14036333877

4. Decision granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, to merge open-ended investment funds with public-offering Platinum Corporate Bond, ISIN HRPNINUPCOB6 and Triglav Emerging Bond, ISIN HRNFDAUEMBA7, into the open-ended investment fund with public-offering InterCapital Conservative Balanced, as a new sub-fund of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN HRICAMUCAOT7; and approval for the establishment and management of InterCapital Conservative Balanced, open-ended investment fund with public offering, as a new sub-fund of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN HRICAMUCAOT7, including approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as approval for the selection of the depositary for that fund - the company Addiko Bank d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, personal identification number (OIB): 14036333877

5. Decision granting approval to the pension company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, to change the depositary for the following mandatory pension funds managed by that company: Raiffeisen category A mandatory pension fund, Raiffeisen category B mandatory pension fund and Raiffeisen category C mandatory pension fund, so that the tasks of the depositary for the funds in question are carried out by the company Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, personal identification number (OIB): 02535697732, starting from 1 June 2021

6. Decision granting approval to the pension company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, to change the depositary for the following voluntary pension funds managed by that company: Raiffeisen dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond Hrvatskog liječničkog sindikata, Zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond T-HT-a and Raiffeisen zatvoreni dobrovoljni mirovinski fond, so that the tasks of the depositary for the funds in question are carried out by the company Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Magazinska 69, personal identification number (OIB): 53056966535, starting from 18 May 2021

7. Decision granting approval to Tomislav Rajić to perfom the function of a member of the supervisory board of the insurance company HOK-OSIGURANJE d.d., Capraška ulica 6, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 00432869176, for the remaining duration of the current term until 9 March 2023

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mario Šandrić, founder of the insurance representation craft NAJBOLJA PONUDA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mario Šandrić, Zadar, Varaždinska ulica 1/3

9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 28 January 2019 to Ivana Nekić, founder of the insurance representation craft NAJBOLJA PONUDA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivana Nekić, Zadar, Varaždinska ulica 1/3, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/126, REGNO: 01-660-22-16-5, ceased to be valid on 10 December 2020
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 27 January 2017 to Natalia Sinković, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ SURADNJA obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Natalia Sinković, Zabok, Bregovita 19, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/03, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-2, ceased to be valid on 28 December 2020
