5th Meeting

On 11 February 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 5th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to Gorazd Jenko for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 10 July 2021

2. Decision granting approval to David Benedek for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, for the remaining part of his four-year term of office, that started on 1 October 2018

3. Decision granting approval to Tomaž Žust for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, for the remaining part of his four-year term of office, that started on 28 February 2018

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Božica Brekalo, founder of the insurance representation craft IMBK, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Božica Brekalo, Požega, Osječka 72
