4th Meeting

On 4 February 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 4th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the harmonization of the guarantee deposit for the year 2021

Decision granting authorisation to the company PBZ Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Grada Vukovara 271, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, for the establishment and management of PBZ Active Defensive, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund - the company PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB - DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, personal identification number (OIB): 02535697732; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the Fund’s net assets in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or the Republic of Italy
3. Decision granting approval to the company LAGUNA NOVIGRAD d.d., Novigrad, Škverska 8, personal identification number (OIB): 58935879058, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company HTP KORČULA d.d., Korčula, Šetalište Frana Kršinića 104, personal identification number (OIB): 63259199217

Decision granting approval to the company LAGUNA NOVIGRAD d.d., Novigrad, Škverska 8, personal identification number (OIB): 58935879058, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company HTP OREBIĆ d.d., Orebić, Šetalište kralja Petra Krešimira IV 11, personal identification number (OIB): 98026846668
5. Decision granting authorisation to Nives Vreto to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PBZ-LEASING društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za poslove leasinga, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 57270798205, for the term lasting three (3) years, running as of 29 March 2021
6. Decision determining that the company Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Radnička cesta 43, personal identification number (OIB): 75346450537, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination had been ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 18 March 2020 (CLASS: UP/I-973-06/19-01/01, REGNO: 326-01-52-521-20-6); and terminating the on-site examination of the Company
7. Decision granting approval to the company Generali Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 106, personal identification number (OIB): 61865183767, to delegate internal audit tasks to the company GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d., with its registered office in Ljubljana, Križičeva ulica 3, Republic of Slovenia, reg.no.: 5186684000, entered in the court register of the District Court in Ljubljana, business number: 10981500
8. Decision granting approval to Iztok Cimperman to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, for a term lasting 4 (four) years
