On 24 November 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 41st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

Decision granting authorisation to Peter Žilinek to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima dioničko društvo, Petrinjska 59, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 14148900600, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of 20 December 2021
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Branka Vladetić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 58384724129, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of the day of receipt of this decision
