40th Meeting

On 17 November 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 40th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o., Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 34, personal identification number (OIB): 62573520714, acting in its capacity as liquidator of the economic cooperation fund Inspirio FGS - open-ended venture capital alternative investment fund with private offering, in liquidation, for the fee to be charged for carrying out the liquidation of that fund for the period from 1 August 2021 to 1 February 2022, whose amount and the manner of calculation has been determined by the Decision of the liquidator of 13 October 2021, and which is equal to the management fee defined by the rules of that fund
2. Decision granting approval to the company INASS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za usluge, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 37b, personal identification number (OIB): 515907324465, to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the investment fund management company Global Invest d.o.o. društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Budmanijeva 3, personal identification number (OIB): 89492953056, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company; and granting approval to Ante Župić from Zagreb, Trstenik 44, personal identification number (OIB): 59005508132, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company Global Invest d.o.o. reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
3. Decision granting authorisation to Teresa Margarida Tudela de Mira Godinho to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension fund management company Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 58384724129, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of the day of the reception of this decision
4. Decision granting approval to the company Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, I. Lučića 2a/22 (Zagreb Stock Exchange), personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611, for the amendments to the ZSE Price List, adopted by the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 3 November 2021
