On 14 October 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 35th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting approval to the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, personal identification number (OIB): 20455535575, to change the depositary for the following mandatory pension funds managed by that company: PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund – category A, PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund – category B and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund – category C, so that the tasks of the depositary for the funds in question are carried out by the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d. d., with its registered office in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3a, personal identification number (OIB): 23057039320, starting from 1 December 2021
  1. Decision granting approval to the pension insurance company Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 26, personal identification number (OIB): 17448125754, to outsource administrative-techincal activities of exchanging the document folder for clients of the company to the service provider – the company HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d., Jurišićeva 13, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 87311810356
  1. Decision granting approval to Susanne Riess to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wüstenrot životno osiguranje d.d., Heinzelova 33/a, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 10931821267, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of 7 December 2021
  1. Decision granting approval to Andreas Senjak to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Wüstenrot životno osiguranje d.d., Heinzelova 33/a, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 10931821267, for a term of 4 (four) years, running as of 7 December 2021
