34th Meeting

On 7 October 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 34th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Official position on the implementation of the provisions of the Voluntary Pension Funds Act as regards the delegation of tasks to third persons pursuant to Article 76 of the Voluntary Pension Funds Act

2. Decision on complying with the Final Guidelines on the MiFID II/ MiFIR obligations on market data (ESMA 70-156-4263 HR)

3. Decision granting approval to the company Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, I. Lučića 2a/22 (Zagreb Stock Exchange), personal identification number (OIB): 84368186611, for the amendments to the ZSE Rules, adopted by the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 24 September 2021

4. Decision granting authorisation to Zoran Barac to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four years), starting as of the day of the reception of this decision

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Nataša Šimek, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ NATAŠA ŠIMEK, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Nataša Šimek, Zamlača, Ante Starčevića 17

6. Decision determining that the insurance company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d.d., Antuna Heinza 4, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 29743547503, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination was ordered by the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 14 January 2021 (CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/24, REG.NO.: 326-01-50-51-511-21-9), by having improved the quality of its insurance distribution business as regards insurance class 23 - Life or annuity insurance where the investment risk is borne by the policyholder, and by having improved the business process of conducting insurance distribution business, i.e. the process of providing pre-contractual information to clients relating to insurance class 23 - Life or annuity insurance where the investment risk is borne by the policyholder; and terminating the on-site mystery shopping examination of the Company conducted under CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/24
7. Decision granting authorisation to Izidora Juroš from Zagreb, Brune Bušića 27, personal identification number (OIB): 17761390391, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the factoring company ADRIATIC ZAGREB FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Andrije Žaje 61/5, personal identification number (OIB): 36856583241, for a term of office lasting for 1 (one) year, starting as of the day of the reception of this decision; and issuing the order to submit to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency the report on the on-going monitoring, detecting and preventing risks arising in business operations of the Company, on a quarterly basis, starting as of the day of the beginning of the above-mentioned term of office until its expiry, within 15 days following the expiry of the quarter
