2nd Meeting

On 21 January 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 2nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on organisational requirements for a settlement system operator, and on minimum standards applying to the risk management system and information system of that operator

2. Decision on guaranteed returns of mandatory pension funds for 2020

3. Decision granting approval to the company the Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 81769224349, for the establishment and management of Raiffeisen Wealth, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund, i.e. the company Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, OIB: 53056966535; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the net asset value of Raiffeisen Wealth, open-ended investment fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Republic of Germany and the United States of America

4. Decision granting approval to appoint Martina Rončević to be a member of the management board of the investment firm FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za pružanje investicijskih usluga i obavljanje investicijskih aktivnosti, with its registered office in Varaždin, Vrazova 25, OIB: 45194911051, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, starting from the day of the decision on appointment coming into force

5. Decision granting approval to the company Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 26, OIB: 17448125754, to outsource the activities of maintaining the software Primera Treasury to the following service provider: the company PRIMERA SEDAM d.o.o., Rugvička 5, Zagreb, OIB: 22356687426

6. Decision granting approval to the company Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 26, OIB: 17448125754, to outsource the activities of maintaining a specialised information system for supporting the business processes of the pension insurance company to the following service provider: the company BILOG d.o.o., Strojarska cesta 20, Zagreb, OIB: 33381661722

7. Decision granting approval to the company Dr. Wolfgang Porsche Holding GmbH, with its registered office in the Republic of Austria, 5020 Salzburg, Giselakai 37, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the leasing company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Velimira Škorpika 21, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company; and to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the leasing company SCANIA CREDIT HRVATSKA d.o.o., with its registered office in Lučko (City of Zagreb), Karlovačka cesta 96, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Dino Drača, founder of the insurance representation craft Dalmatiko, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Dino Drača, Split, Ruđera Boškovića 19

9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marko Rakovac, founder of the insurance representation craft RINVEST, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Marko Rakovac, Poreč, Bračka 11 D
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Saša Jakšić, founder of the insurance representation craft OMEGA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Saša Jakšić, Starigrad, Pionirska 6, Koprivnica
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 5 November 2014 to Pere Martinović, founder of the insurance representation craft MARTINO SL, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Pere Martinović, Zadar, Domovinskog rata 6, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/14-37/64, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-14-3, ceased to be valid on 3 January 2021
