27th Meeting

On 29 July 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 27th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest: 

1. Ordinance on re-securitisation, disclosure of information on private securitisations and websites, and issuing approval to third parties verifying STS compliance 
2. Decision granting authorisation to Irena Weber to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 34, personal identification number (OIB): 62573520714, for a term lasting 5 (five) years
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 34, personal identification number (OIB): 62573520714, for the acquisition of the company AUCTOR-INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Dežmanova 5, personal identification number (OIB): 10637066676; and granting approval to the company AUCTOR-INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima to be merged with the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. 
4. Decision granting authorisation to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, personal identification number (OIB): 81769224349, for the establishment and management of Raiffeisen USD 2026 Bond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the Fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the Fund - the company Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, personal identification number (OIB): 53056966535; and granting approval to the Company to invest over 35% of the Fund’s net assets in transferable securities, i.e. bonds and money market instruments issued by the Republic of Croatia or the United States of America
5. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Ana Perković
6. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Martina Kuliš
7. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Nika Kišić
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Zdeslav Grubišić, founder of the insurance representation craft “TO“, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Zdeslav Grubišić, Split, Pojišanska 32
9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 1 August 2019 to Maristela Valentić, owner of the insurance representation craft AURORA MARE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Maristela Valentić, Zagreb, Selska cesta 215, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/50, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 1 May 2021
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 January 2017 to Snježana Pešikan, founder of the insurance representation craft CROPEA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Snježana Pešikan, Beli Manastir, Josipa Bosendorfera 1d, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/176, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-3, ceased to be valid on 27 February 2018
