25th Meeting

On 14 July 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 25th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the fit and proper requirements for insurance distributors and reinsurance distributors and their entry in the register

2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the professional training and examinations taken in order to acquire qualifications to provide information on investment products and services, carry out brokerage activities and provide investment advice services

3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the professional training and examinations taken by candidates for certified pension fund managers and in order to acquire qualifications to manage pension insurance companies

4. Decision granting authorisation to Željko Lovrinčević to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for the term lasting from 20 September 2021 to 20 September 2025

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marija Bodrožić-Kaić, co-owner of the insurance representation craft ŽIVOT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Željko Kaić i Marija Bodrožić-Kaić, Karlovac, Hrvatske bratske zajednice 17

6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Božo Liović, founder of the insurance representation craft ASTER, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Božo Liović, Osijek, Ivana F. Gundulića 36A, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 46-06/06-03/116, REGNO: 326-112-06-2, ceased to be valid on 31 May 2019

7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 15 December 2015 to Ivan Čakalić, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ ČAKALIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivan Čakalić, Požega, Stjepana Radića 4, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/15-01/144, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 3 May 2021

8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 15 December 2015 to Tanja Matulić, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ MATULIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tanja Matulić, Zagreb, Ilica 253, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/15-01/167, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-3, ceased to be valid on 5 September 2019

9. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on outsourcing to cloud service providers (ESMA-50-164-4285 HR)
10. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on written agreements between members of CCP colleges (ESMA 70-151-3431)
