On 24 June 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision rejecting the proposal by Boran Poljančić, Bojan Horvačić, the company LUXURY REAL ESTATE d.o.o., Zagreb, Bednjanska 14, personal identification number (OIB): 24032764718, and Zvonimir Zlopaša to postpone the execution of item 3 of the wording of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 1 April 2021, CLASS: UP/I 976-04/20-02/01, REGNO: 326-01-60-62-21-28
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Petar Vlaić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the pension fund management company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 49659289650, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, from 19 October 2021 to 19 October 2025
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Nataša Ivanović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the pension fund management company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 49659289650, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, from 19 October 2021 to 19 October 2025
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Bruno Mahovlić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the investment fund management company ALTERNATIVE INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Bosanska ulica 7, personal identification number (OIB): 34251042886, for a term lasting 2 (two) years, starting from the next working day following the date of adoption of this Decision

Decision granting approval to Domagoj Oreb to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the company FEELSGOOD CAPITAL PARTNERS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 32, personal identification number (OIB): 89112739620, reaching 30.016% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
  1. Decision determining that the company Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, personal identification number (OIB): 75346450537, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities recorded in the Report on the off-site examination (CLASS: UP/I 973-06/21-01/05, REGNO: 326-01-50-52-521-21-02); and terminating the off-site examination of business operations of the company Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, personal identification number (OIB): 75346450537 (CLASS: UP/I 973-06/21-01/05)
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Danijela Šaban to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d.d., Listopadska 2, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 94472454976, for a term lasting 5 (five) years, running as of the day of her appointment
