On 10 June 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 21st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting authorisation to the company PBZ Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Grada Vukovara 271, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, for the establishment and management of PBZ Equity World fond – open-ended investment fund with public offering, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of that fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the fund, namely the company PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB - DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, personal identification number (OIB): 02535697732
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Ivana Bergam to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company OTP Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Divka Budaka 1d, personal identification number (OIB): 96261939721, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years, running as of the day of the reception of this decision
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Zorislav Vidović to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company OTP Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Divka Budaka 1d, personal identification number (OIB): 96261939721, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years, running as of 2 July 2021
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Darinko Ivković to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 282, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years
