19th Meeting

On 27 May 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 19th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the alternative investment fund management company Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 34, personal identification number (OIB): 62573520714, to operate as a large AIFM, namely to carry out the activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Act - AIF management

2. Decision correcting a mistake made in the explanation of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I 972-02/21-01/16, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-21-8, of 22 April 2021, namely by replacing the date “9 June 2021” by the date “10 June 2021”

3. Decision granting authorisation to Tomislav Čizmić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Ulica grada Vukovara 282, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years

4. Decision granting authorisation to Thomas Jaklin to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Planinska 13A, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 75665455333, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 17 May 2022

5. Decision granting authorisation to Wolfgang Petschko to perfom the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Slovenska ulica 24, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 52848403362, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 22 April 2024

6. Decision granting authorisation to Gábor Lehel to perfom the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Slovenska ulica 24, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 52848403362, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 22 April 2024

7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivana Arapović, successor to the insurance representation craft VERUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Andrija Arapović, Rijeka, Janka Polića Kamova 101

8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 9 September 2019 to Andrija Arapović, founder of the insurance representation craft VERUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Andrija Arapović, Rijeka, Janka Polića Kamova 101, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/19-01/63, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-4, ceased to be valid on 23 January 2021
9. Decision on the compliance with ESMA Guidelines Reporting under Articles 4 and 12 SFTR 70-151-2838
