16th Meeting

On 6 May 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 16th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision completely revoking the decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 972-02/20-01/42, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-20-12 of 4 February 2021, issued to the investment fund management company PBZ Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Grada Vukovara 271, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, pursuant to which authorisation was granted to this company to establish and manage PBZ Active Defensive open-ended investment fund with public offering and the exception was granted for the investment of up to 100% of net assets of the fund in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or Republic of Italy

2. Decision granting authorisation to Snježana Milovanović from Varaždin, Marina Držića 3, personal identification number (OIB): 49414285063, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the investment fund management company Global Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Budmanijeva 3, personal identification number (OIB): 89492953056, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this decision

3. Decision granting authorisation to Renata Pondeljak to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company OTP Leasing d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, personal identification number (OIB): 23780250353, for a term of office lasting for 1 (one) year, running as of the day of her appointment to this function

4. Decision granting authorisation to Klaudija Karabuva Vidas to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company OTP Leasing d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, personal identification number (OIB): 23780250353, for a term of office lasting for 1 (one) year, running as of the day of her appointment to this function

5. Decision granting authorisation to Zlatko Lerota to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 282, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 18 July 2021

6. Decision granting authorisation to Mladenka Grgić, PhD, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company EUROHERC osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 282, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 22694857747, for the remaining duration of the current term of office, until 18 July 2021

7. Decision granting approval to Boris Erkapić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company AGRAM LIFE osiguranje d.d., Trnjanska cesta 108, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 18742666873, for a new term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 28 June 2021

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Dane Zjačić, founder of the insurance representation craft FIDELIS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, DANE ZJAČIĆ, SPLIT, SUKOIŠANSKA 43

9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the insurance agency SICURA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Permani, Permani bb, personal identification number (OIB): 88253739722 on 6 February 2015 by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-974-03/15-01/06, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid on 19 April 2021
10. Official position related to the application of Article 2(2) of the Act on the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency as regards the establishment of the digital platform PlatiMe.hr
