On 17 March 2021, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 10th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Guidelines for the preparation and disclosure of relevant ESG issuer informatio 
  2. Decision granting approval to the company TUI TRAVEL OVERSEAS HOLDINGS LIMITED, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9TN, United Kingdom, personal identification number (OIB): 34136663964, to publish a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company HOTELI ŽIVOGOŠĆE d.d., Živogošće, Porat 136, personal identification number (OIB): 88429213928
  3. Decision granting authorisation to Davor Iljaš to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company ALLIANZ INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 42194170044, for a term of 3 (three) years, running as of 3 May 2021

  4. Decision determining that the company CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, Vatroslava Jagića 33, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, has eliminated an irregularity determined in the Report on the off-site examination CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/25, REGNO: 326-01-80-82-20-2 of 23 December 2020, supplemented by the Supplement to the off-site examination CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/25, REGNO: 326-01-80-82-21-5 of 11 February 2021, and terminating the off-site examination of the Company, which is recorded at the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency under CLASS: UP/I 974-08/20-01/25

  5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 11 December 2015 to Dragica Ročić, founder of the craft AZ ROČIĆ, Dragica Ročić, Zagreb, Dubrava 47, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-974-03/15-01/137, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-3, ceased to be valid on 30 December 2020

  6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivana Mirković Pogorilić, founder of the insurance representation craft In4you, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ivana Mirković Pogorilić, Zagreb, Herici 10
