48th Meeting

On 19 November 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 48th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the asset management company Erste Asset Management d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Ivana Lučića 2a, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963, to establish and manage PR-AZ-1 open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering. The approval covers the approval of the Fund Rules and the approval to appoint ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d., Jadranski trg 3a, Rijeka, personal identification number (OIB): 23057039320, as the depositary of the Fund
2. Decision granting approval to Dubravko Jelčić for the position of member of the Management Board of the leasing company Volvo Financial Services leasing d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Karlovačka cesta 94, personal identification number (OIB): 50622045710, for a term of office lasting for five (5) years, running as of the day of the appointment
3. Decision granting approval to Igor Đurić for the position of member of the Management Board of the insurance company Wüstenrot životno osiguranje d.d., Heinzelova 33/a, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 10931821267, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years, running as of the day of the appointment, starting as of 16 December 2020
4. Decision granting authorisation to Siniša Mišković, founder of the insurance representation craft CRO AGENT SINIŠA MIŠKOVIĆ, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by SINIŠA MIŠKOVIĆ, ZAGREB, ZINKE KUNC 7, to carry out insurance distribution activities
5. Decision granting authorisation to Tihomir Kusetić, founder of the insurance representation craft CRO AGENT TIHOMIR KUSETIĆ, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, owned by TIHOMIR KUSETIĆ, ZAGREB, VRANOVINA 30, to carry out insurance distribution activities
6. Decision granting authorisation to Matija Novak, founder of the insurance representation craft MR Solutions, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Matija Novak, Karlovac, Ilovac 4, to carry out insurance distribution activities
7. Decision granting authorisation to Dražen Hađina, founder of the insurance representation craft DENIER ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Dražen Hađina, Zagreb, Jurja ves 26, to carry out insurance distribution activities
