46th Meeting

On 4 November 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 46th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval for the registration document to the company ATLANTIC GRUPA d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23, OIB 71149912416

2. Decision granting authorisation to the company Raiffeisen Invest d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB: 81769224349, for the merger of Raiffeisen Dynamic open-ended investment fund with public offering to Raiffeisen Sustainable Mix feeder open-ended investment fund with public offering

3.
