2nd Meeting

On 16 January 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 2nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on master and feeder alternative investment funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on types of alternative investment funds
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on reporting on material changes and reporting at request of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for performing the key function in an insurance company / reinsurance company
5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for performing the function of a member of the management board and a member of the supervisory board of an insurance and/or reinsurance company, authorised officer of an insurance and/or reinsurance company and an authorised representative of a branch of an insurance and/or reinsurance company
6. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for issuing authorisation to acquire a qualifying holding in insurance companies or reinsurance companies
7. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on insurance statistical standards
8. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on permitted investments and additional investment limitations relating to mandatory pension funds
9. Decision on guaranteed returns of mandatory pension funds for 2019
10. Decision granting approval to the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo, Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 284, personal identification number (OIB): 10840749604, to take over the portfolio of the company IZVOR OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za poslove neživotnog osiguranja, Zagreb, Trpinjska 9, personal identification number (OIB): 02951724955    
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance business issued to the company ERGO osiguranje dioničko društvo, Zagreb, R. Frangeša Mihanovića 9, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 453-02/07-30/62, REGNO: 326-112-08-46, of 5 December 2008; and the authorisation to conduct insurance business issued to the company ERGO životno osiguranje dioničko društvo, Zagreb, R. Frangeša Mihanovića 9, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 453-02/07-30/63, REGNO: 326-112-08-23, of 5 June 2008, ceased to be valid ex lege on 30 November 2019      
12. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company FLEKSA d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, with its registered office in Split
