20th Meeting

On 29 April 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company HELIOS FAROS, dioničko društvo za ugostiteljstvo, Stari Grad, Naselje Helios 5, personal identification number (OIB): 48594515409, for a single prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 23,595,766 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and the total nominal value of HRK 235,957,660.00
2. Decision granting approval to the company THE GARDEN BREWERY d.d., Zagreb, Kanalski put 1, personal identification number (OIB): 54394356292, for a single prospectus relating to the admission of 80,807 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 500.00 per share, and the total nominal value of HRK 40,403,500.00
3. Decision granting approval to the asset management company OTP društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, personal identification number (OIB): 96261939721, to acquire the company OTP SAVJETOVANJE d.o.o. za usluge i savjetovanje, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Divka Budaka 1 D, personal identification number (OIB): 54670820768
