17th Meeting

On 9 April 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 17th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Luka Babić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the insurance company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 26187994862, for the term lasting until 31 December 2022, running as of the day of his appointment
2. Decision granting authorisation to Ivan Dujmović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the leasing company HETA Asset Resolution Hrvatska d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6a, personal identification number (OIB): 87064273078, for the term lasting from 25 May to 31 December 2020
3. Decision granting approval to the company ERSTE&STEIERMARKISCHE BANKA d.d. Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a, personal identification number (OIB): 23057039320, for the acquisition of the factoring company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o. Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 10194059689
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company MARCIUŠ TEAM društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Čakovec, Savska Ves, Radnička 86
5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 19 May 2017 to Davor Tomašević, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ TOMAŠEVIĆ, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Davor Tomašević, Kupinečki Kraljevec, Tumbri I. odvojak 10, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/17-01/71, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-4, ceased to be valid on 29 February 2020
6. Decision fully revoking the decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 972-02/18-01/02, REGNO: 326-01-40-42-18-7, of 4 February 2020, granting authorisation to the company PBZ Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ilica 5, personal identification number (OIB): 73073960573, for the establishment and operation of PBZ Moderate 30, open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering, ISIN HRPBZIUM30F5
