2nd Meeting

On 10 January 2019, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 2nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

Decision granting prior approval, for an indefinite period of time, to the credit institution SBERBANK d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Varšavska 9, personal identification number (OIB): 78427478595, demonstrating that the requirements for the provision of the investment service referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Capital Market Act – reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments, have been met
2. Decision granting approval to Nikolina Žganec for the function of member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33, personal identification number (OIB): 18736141210, for a new term of office lasting for 3 (three) years
3. Decision granting approval to Marko Juranić for the function of member of the Management Board of UniCredit Leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33, personal identification number (OIB): 18736141210, for a new term of office lasting for 3 (three) years
4. Decision granting approval for the acquisition of HYPO ALPE-ADRIA-LEASING d.o.o., undergoing winding-up proceedings, Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6/a, personal identification number (OIB): 03153152979, by UniCredit Leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33, personal identification number (OIB): 18736141210
