8th Meeting

On 19 January 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 8th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Željka Vujčić, for an indefinite period of time
2. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Ivana Ivanac, for an indefinite period of time
3. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Zdravka Pavlinić, for an indefinite period of time
4. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Ivana Šimundža, for an indefinite period of time
5. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Anita Gašparović Vukadinović, for an indefinite period of time
6. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Danijela Justinić, for an indefinite period of time
7. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Marija Lovrić, for an indefinite period of time
8. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Elizabeta Pavlov, for an indefinite period of time
9. Decision granting broker authorisation to Aleksandra Mladenović, for an indefinite period of time
10. Decision granting approval to Jasmina Hadžić for the position of member of the Management Board of the investment fund management company Zodaks Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, personal identification number (OIB): 54009254385, for a term of office lasting four (4) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision
11. Decision granting authorisation to the alternative investment fund management company Real Capital Asset Management d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima u osnivanju, to carry out activities referred to in Article 13 paragraph 1 point 1a of the Alternative Investment Funds Act, namely the establishment and management of alternative investment funds
12. Decision granting approval to Ivan Ivin for the position of member of the Management Board of the alternative investment fund management company Real Capital Asset Management d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima u osnivanju, for a term of office lasting five (5) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision
13. Decision granting approval to Mihovil Prpić for the position of member of the Management Board of the alternative investment fund management company Real Capital Asset Management d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima u osnivanju, for a term of office lasting five (5) years, running as of the day of the adoption of this Decision
14. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Samoborska cesta 145, personal identification number (OIB): 23889363045, to establish and manage ZB COUL 2024 UCITS fund. The approval covers the approval of the Prospectus and Rules of ZB COUL 2024 UCITS fund, and the approval to appoint Zagrebačka Banka d.d., Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 10, Zagreb, as the depositary of ZB COUL 2024 UCITS fund.            The decision also grants approval to invest up to 100% of the net asset value of the Fund in transferable securities and money market instruments whose issuer is or that are guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia
15. Decision on the guaranteed return of mandatory pension funds for the year 2017
16. Decision granting approval to the company Auto 2015 Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald, with its registered office in Tölzer Str. 1, HRB 163967, Federal republic of Germany, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, Velimira Škorpika 21, personal identification number (OIB): 90275854576, amounting to 10.5% of voting rights
17. Decision granting approval to the company Auto 2015 Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald, with its registered office in Tölzer Str. 1, HRB 163967, Federal republic of Germany, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company SCANIA CREDIT HRVATSKA d.o.o. from Lučko, Karlovačka cesta 96, personal identification number (OIB): 47520271895, amounting to 10.5% of voting rights
18. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 15 December 2015 to Milivoj Žakula, owner of the insurance representation craft AZ ŽAKULA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju owned by Milivoj Žakula, Nova Gradiška, Relkovićeva 10, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/15-01/159, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-15-2, has ceased to be valid
19. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Mario Radenić, founder of the insurance representation craft Mario Radenić, Zagreb, Kustošijanska 253
20. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 19 February 2015 to Bojana Vidaković, owner of the insurance representation craft S.I.C. ECHO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Bojana Vidaković, Osijek, Krstova 11, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/16, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-16-2, has ceased to be valid

Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 14 October 2016 to Zaviša Radovanović, owner of the insurance representation craft AZ PETROS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Zaviša Radovanović, Sesvete, Ulica Ivice Perića 1, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/125, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-16-3, has ceased to be valid
