66th Meeting

On 21 December 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 66th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to Renata Kašnjar-Putar to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, for the period from 1 January 2019 to 1 November 2019
2. Decision granting authorisation to Mladen Miler to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company OTP Invest društvo za upravljanje fondovima d.o.o., sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, Petrovaradinska 1, OIB: 96261939721, for the period from 2 January 2019 to 2 January 2020
3. Decision granting approval to Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo d.d. Zagreb, Heinzelova 62a, OIB: 64406809162 (Central Depositary and Clearing Company Inc.) for the management fee relating to the management of the Consumer Protection Scheme for the year 2019, totalling HRK 8,346.00 per year, per each member of the Consumer Protection Scheme
4. Decision granting approval to the company Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, I. Lučića 2a/22 (Zagreb Stock Exchange) for the amendments to the Rules, adopted by the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 6 December 2018
5. Decision granting authorisation to pursue reinsurance business in non-life and life insurance group to the company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Zagreb, Antuna Heinza 4, OIB 29743547503
