64th Meeting

On 13 December 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 64th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value and the value of accounting units of mandatory pension funds
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value and the value of accounting units of voluntary pension funds
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of UCITS and the price of UCITS units
4. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on determining the net asset value of AIF and the price of AIF units
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Samoborska cesta 145, OIB: 23889363045, for for the establishment and management of an umbrella UCITS ZB Invest Funds, as well as an open-ended investment fund with public offering ZB Bond 2024 USD and an open-ended investment fund ZB global 20, as two sub-funds of which the umbrella fund is composed
6. Decision granting authorisation to Igor Đurić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Wüstenrot životno osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33/a, OIB 10931821267, for a term lasting from 16 December 2018 to 15 December 2020
