5th Meeting

On 12 January 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 5th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Ivo Matanović, founder of the insurance representation craft Matanov, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ivo Matanović, Farkaševac, Zvonik 2
2. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 16 February 2012 to Zvonimir Kudric from Sveti Đurađ, Donji Miholjac, Antuna Radića 179, personal identification number (OIB): 89877437516, owner of the insurance representation craft ZVONE AGENCIJA ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, OWNED BY ZVONIMIR KUDRIC, SVETI ĐURAĐ, ANTUNA RADIĆA 179, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/12-37/9, REG.NO.: 326-112-12-2, has ceased to be valid
3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 2 December 2016 to Zrinka Stipčić- Žarković, owner of the insurance representation craft AZ STIPČIĆ, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, OWNED BY ZRINKA STIPČIĆ-ŽARKOVIĆ, ZAGREB, ILICA 253, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/16-01/149, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-16-2, has ceased to be valid
4. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 25 January 2007 to the insurance agency GANISUS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Slunjska 9, personal identification number (OIB): 79953474010, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/07-37/01, REG.NO.: 326-112-07-4, has ceased to be valid
