55th Meeting

On 17 October 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 55th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting approval to Snježana Šalković Dasović for the position of member of the Management Board of Erste Asset Management d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years, starting from 15 November 2018
2. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company HMID d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Bakačeva 5, personal identification number (OIB): 07229900031, to establish and manage HMID PLUS open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering. The decision covers the approval of the Rules of HMID PLUS open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering, and the approval to appoint HPB d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4, personal identification number (OIB): 87939104217, as the depositary of the fund
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Maja Ivanković, founder of the insurance representation craft MI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Maja Ivanković, Zagreb, Drinska ulica 21
4. Decision granting a waiver to Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a (Zagreb Stock Exchange), from the pre-trade transparency obligation for iceberg orders and stop orders held in an order management facility of the trading venue pending disclosure pursuant to Article 9(1)(a) of MiFIR for non-equity instruments on the regulated market and multilateral trading facility; and granting a waiver from pre-trade disclosure of current bid and offer prices and the depth of trading interests in respect of block trades or orders that are large in scale compared with normal market size pursuant to Article 9(1)(a) of MiFIR for non-equity instruments on the regulated market and multilateral trading facility
