54th Meeting

On 11 October 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 54th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision determining that the credit institution Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 10, personal identification number (OIB): 92963223473, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities established during the regular on-site examination CLASS: UP/I 971-04/17-02/01
2. Decision granting approval to Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963, for delegating tasks relating to the internal audit function to the audit company BDO CROATIA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za pružanje revizorskih, konzalting i računovodstvenih usluga, with its registered office in Zagreb, Trg Johna Fitzgeralda Kennedyja 6/b, personal identification number (OIB): 76394522236
3. Decision granting approval to Hrvoje Turkalj and Dražen Jakšić for the function of member of the Management Board of the company ESC Factoring d.o.o. pre-incorporated, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years; granting approval to Ivan Jurišić to acquire a qualifying holding reaching 12% of the initial capital, approval to Hrvoje Turkalj to acquire a qualifying holding reaching 44% of the initial capital and approval to Dražen Jakšić to acquire a qualifying holding reaching 44% of the initial capital of the company ESC Factoring d.o.o.; and granting authorisation to the company to carry out factoring business
