53rd Meeting

On 4 October 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 53rd meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the type and amount of fees paid to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the calculation, level and charging of fees paid to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for 2018
3. Decision revoking the Decision issued by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency on 12 May 2017 CLASS: UP/I 972-02/17-01/17, REG.NO: 326-01-440-443-17-4, granting authorisation to INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, Masarykova 1, personal identification number (OIB): 59300096187, for the establishment and operation of Adria Value Fund open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering
4. Decision determining that the pension company Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, personal identification number (OIB): 58384724129, has acted in accordance with the supervisory measures laid down in points II to VI of the enacting part of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 972-05/15-02/03, REG.NO: 326-01-440-441-17-29, of 8 December 2017, thus having eliminated the illegalities and irregularities related to the risk management system established by the On-Site Examination Report CLASS: UP/I 972-05/15-02/03, REG.NO: 326-01-440-441-16-20 of 16 September 2016, supplemented with the Supplement to the On-Site Examination Report CLASS: UP/I 972-05/15-02/03, REG.NO: 326-01-440-441-16-27 of 24 March 2017
5. Decision determining that the asset management company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, personal identification number (OIB): 96261939721, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities related to the determination of the net asset value of the funds OTP MERIDIAN 20 and OTP Balanced, internal acts of the company as regards the valuation of assets of managed funds and submission of the report on the calculation of the net asset value of UCITS and the price of UCITS units, established by the Off-Site Examination Report CLASS: UP/I 972-05/18-01/02, REG.NO: 326-01-440-442-18-1 of 19 January 2018  
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Denis Bilić, founder of the insurance representation craft LIDER, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Denis Bilić, Zagreb, Gornjodemerska 71
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 9 February 2018 to Filip Štefanac, owner of the insurance representation craft AVATAR, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Filip Štefanac, Ulica kralja Zvonimira 18, Pleternica, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/18, REG.NO.: 326-01-660-663-18-3, has ceased to be valid
