51st Meeting

On 20 September 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 51st meeting and adopted the following decisions.

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the treatment of mandatory pension funds’ members by the Central Register of Insured Persons and pension companies
2. Decision granting authorisation to Senka Fekeža Klement to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company ERSTE d.o.o. - društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Ivana Lučića 2/A, OIB: 49659289650, for the term of 4 (four) years, starting on 2 December 2018, and ending on 2 December 2022
3. Ordinance on criteria for and manner of factoring companies’ risks management
4. Ordinance on organisational requirements for leasing companies
5. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the content and form of lease agreements and on the methodology for the calculation of the effective interest rate
6. Ordinance on criteria for and manner of leasing companies’ risks management
7. Decision granting approval to Juraj Vrban to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, Velimira Škorpika 21, OIB: 90275854576, for a new term lasting 5 (five) years
8. Decision granting approval to Uroš Biber to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Mercedes-Benz Leasing Hrvatska d.o.o., Zagreb, Kovinska 5, OIB:17080997510, for the term of 2 (two) years
9. Decision granting approval to the company ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANKA d.d., Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3a, OIB: 23057039320, for the acquisition of the company ERSTE FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a, OIB: 10194059689
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Antonio Benković, founder of the craft MOJA POLICA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Antonio Benković, Zagrebačka 13, Varaždin
11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance brokerage business to the pre-company ALPHA BROKER d.o.o. društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za posredovanje u osiguranju i reosiguranju, Zagreb
12. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Martina Pehar
13. Decision revoking the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 18 January 2007, CLASS: AP/I-453-06/06-03/258, REGNO: 326-112-07-3, by which the company AGENT FIDELITAS, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vrbovec, Brdo 3, OIB 37538316745, was given authorisation to conduct insurance representation business
14. Technical instruction for the preparation and electronic submission of applications for prospectus approval in electronic form
