48th Meeting

On 30 August 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 48th meeting and adopted the Decision granting prior approval, for an indefinite period of time, to the credit institution OTP Banka Hrvatska d.d., Zadar, Domovinskog rata 3, personal identification number (OIB): 52508873833, demonstrating that the requirements for the provision of the investment services referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, points 5, 6 and 7 of the Capital Market Act: provision of investment advice, underwriting of financial instruments and/or placing of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis and underwriting of financial instruments and/or placing of financial instruments without firm commitment, have been met
