36th Meeting

On 21 June 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 36th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 21 June 2017 to Ivan Šupraha, owner of the craft AGENT SPLIT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivan Šupraha, Split, Ulica Slobode, by virtue of the decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I 974-03/17-01/84, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-3, ceased to be valid

2. Decision revoking the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 15 July 2010, CLASS: AP/I-453-02/10-37/31, REGNO: 326-112-10-3, which granted authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to the craft "KLIJENT" - OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU - VL. PETAR KREŠIMIR BIŠKUP, ZAGREB, PAPOVA 8, OIB 26675220776

3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 6 June 2014 to the company FILIR ZASTUPANJE d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Petrinjska 59, OIB 14418472432, by virtue of the decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-453-02/14-37/39, REGNO: 326-663-14-2, ceased to be valid

4. Decision granting authorisation to Iva Kartalija, co-owner of the craft IAM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Almir Tataragić and Iva Kartalija, Zabok, Ul. Grabrovec 25
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company Stanovi Jadran d.d. za poslovanje nekretninama, Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14/IX, OIB: 88680117715, for a single prospectus relating to the admission to trading to the regulated market of up to 381,240 of new registered ordinary shares in a dematerialised form, with the nominal value of HRK 200.00 per share, and total nominal value of HRK 76,248,000.00
