34th Meeting

On 14 June 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 34th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct business issued to the company Nexus Private Equity Partneri d.o.o., Britanski trg 4 (earlier: Nova Ves 11), Zagreb, OIB: 89465817492, i.e. to perform activities referred to in Article 13(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – establishment and management of an alternative investment fund, by way of revoking item 1 of the wording of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 25 July 2014, CLASS: AP/I-451-04/14-05/19, REGNO: 326-443-14-5, which granted the above-mentioned authorisation to the company Nexus Private Equity Partneri d.o.o., the reason being that the company Nexus Private Equity Partneri d.o.o. ceased to meet the requirements under which the authorisation was granted

2. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 21 May 2009 to the company KASKO SIGET d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Petrinjska ulica 69, OIB 81528899834, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-453-02/09-37/36, REGNO: 326-112-09-2, ceased to be valid

3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Antonia Đaković from Šibenik, Trg Andrije Hebranga 11-D, OIB 33909274606, owner of the craft PARATUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, ANTONIA ĐAKOVIĆ, ŠIBENIK, TRG A. HEBRANGA 11-D
4. Decision granting approval to pension funds PBZ Croatia osiguranje obvezni mirovinski fond – category A, OIB:94002620905 and PBZ Croatia osiguranje obvezni mirovinski fond – category B, OIB:99318944138, represented by the mandatory pension company PBZ Croatia osiguranje d.d. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS:080406496, OIB:20455535575, Erste Plavi category B mandatory pension fund, OIB:37688683890, category A mandatory pension fund, OIB:29597039090 and Erste Plavi Expert – voluntary pension fund, OIB:21938195883, represented by the pension company Erste d.o.o. društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2/a, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS:080407542, OIB:49659289650, for the publication of a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company Jadran dioničko društvo za hotelijerstvo i turizam, with its registered office in Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Rijeka MBS: 040000817, OIB: 56994999963
