33rd Meeting

On 7 June 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 33rd meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting broker authorisation to Željko Pavičić, for an indefinite period

2. Decision granting authorisation to Darko Brborović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company OTP Invest društvo za upravljanje fondovima d.o.o., Petrovaradinska 1, Zagreb, OIB: 96261939721, for the period from 1 July 2018 to 1 July 2021

3. Decision granting authorisation to the company ALTERNATIVE INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, Bosanska ulica 7, OIB: 34251042886, to establish and operate TURIZAM 2042, open-ended investment fund with public offering, granting consent for the prospectus and rules of the Fund and for the selection of Privredna banka Zagreb – dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, OIB: 02535697732, as the depositary of the Fund; and granting authorisation for marketing of units to retail investors in the Republic of Croatia

4. Decision granting authorisation to Neven Vidaković to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company PLATINUM INVEST d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Gundulićeva 23, OIB: 85233080106, for the term of two (2) years, starting from the day of the adoption of this Decsion

5. Decision granting approval to Petar Paštrović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company PBZ LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 57270798205, for a new term of 3 (three) years, starting from 3 August 2018
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Ksenija Černelić, founder of the craft KSENIJA ČERNELIĆ, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, KSENIJA ČERNELIĆ, ZAGREB, OGRIZOVIĆEVA 40
