30th Meeting

On 16 May 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 30th meeting and adopted the following decisions.

1. Decision granting authorisation to the company CGS Capital d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Miramarska 24, OIB: 28282983081, to work as a medium AIFM, i.e. to perform activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – AIF management

2. Decision granting approval to Vladimir Kristijan to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Erste & Steiermärkische S-Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, Zelinska 3, OIB: 46550671661, for a new term of 3 (three years), starting from 2 August 2018

3. Decision granting approval to Dino Stipković to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Metalčeva 5, OIB: 05273526923, for a new term of 5 (five) years

4. Decision granting approval to Darko Vodopija to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Metalčeva 5, OIB: 05273526923, for a new term of 5 (five) years

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to the pre-company RESPONSUM d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Split, Rendićeva 20

6. Decision granting authorisation to the company Valamar Riviera dioničko društvo za turizam, with its registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Pazin, MBS: 040020883, OIB: 36201212847, for the publication of a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company HOTELI MAKARSKA d.d. with its registered office in Makarska, Šetalište dr. Franje Tuđmana 1, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Split, MBS: 060008644, OIB: 27644797914
