29th Meeting

On 9 May 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 29th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting investment adviser authorisation to Renata Gecan Milek, for an indefinite period
2. Decision granting investment adviser authorisation to Dalibor Pavlović, for an indefinite period
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company SQ CAPITAL društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, OIB: 54009254385 to merge Mooring, an open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering, to Anchor, an open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering
4. Decision granting authorisation to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Andrije Hebranga 34, OIB 62573520714, to work as a medium AIFM, i.e. to perform activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – AIF management
5. Decision granting authorisation to Ivan Radić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company PBZ Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ilica 5, OIB: 73073960573, for the term of 3 (three years), starting from the day of adoption of this Decision
6. Decision determining that the full-scope off-site supervision procedure of the Central Registry of Affiliates, Gajeva 5, Zagreb, initiated on the basis of the Notification on off-site supervision, CLASS: AP/I-972-05/17-05/01, REGNO: 326-01-440-441-17-1, has ended
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to the pre-company Carefree društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to the pre-company Spremni na vrijeme društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb
9. Decision granting approval to the company ADRIS GRUPA dioničko društvo za upravljanje i ulaganje, Rovinj, Vladimira Nazora 1, OIB: 82023167977, for the publication of a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company HUP-ZAGREB dioničko društvo hotelijerstvo, ugostiteljstvo i turizam, with its registered office in Zagreb, Trg Krešimira Ćosića 9, OIB: 66859264899
