28th Meeting

On 3 May 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting investment adviser authorisation to Katarina Skosples, for an indefinite period
2. Decision granting investment adviser authorisation to Danijela Dobrota Vajda, for an indefinite period
3. Decision revoking the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 25 July 2014, CLASS: AP/I-451-04/14-05/52, REGNO: 326-443-14-2 issued to the company LOCUSTA INVEST d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, Ljudevita Gaja 28, giving it authorisation to conduct business i.e. activities referred to in Article 13(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – establishment and management of an alternative investment fund; and granting authorisation to the company KD Locusta fondovi d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 106, OIB 61865183767, to work as a medium AIFM, i.e. to perform activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – AIF management
4. Decision granting authorisation to the company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, OIB: 96261939721, to change the depositary for OTP OPTIMUM – alternative investment fund with public offering so that the tasks of the depositary are carried out by Splitska banka d.d. with its registered office in Split, Domovinskog rata 61, OIB: 69326397242, starting from 15 May 2018
5. Decision granting authorisation to the company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Petrovaradinska 1, OIB: 96261939721, to change the depositary for the following open-ended investment funds with public offering: OTP novčani – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP uravnoteženi – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP INDEKSNI FOND – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP MERIDIJAN 20 – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP Euro novčani fond – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP MULTI – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP Absolute – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP SHORT-TERM BOND – open-ended investment fund with public offering, OTP MULTI 2 – open-ended investment fund with public offering and OTP MULTI USD – open-ended investment fund with public offering so that the tasks of the depositary are carried out by Splitska banka d.d. with its registered office in Split, Domovinskog rata 61, OIB: 69326397242, starting from 15 May 2018
6. Decision granting authorisation to the company ERSTE d.o.o. za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, Ivana Lučića 2/A, OIB: 49659289650, for the establishment and management of the fund POŠTA ZATVORENI DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FONDO, for the prospectus and statute of the Fund and for the selection of SPLITSKA BANKA d.d., Split, Domovinskog rata 61, OIB: 69326397242 as the depositary of the Fund
7. Decision determining the existence of illegalities in 2016 the annual report of the open-ended alternative investment venture fund with private offering Nexus FGS – Annual Report with Independent Auditor Report 31.12.2016 Nexus FGS, in the part Note 8 - Loans and receivables, and in parts of the Statement on Cash Flow - Cash payments for the purchase of stakes in business entities and Cash payments for loans, deposits, repurchase agreements and similar sale and repurchase agreements
8. Decision granting approval to Andreea Achim to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company  HETA Asset Resolution Hrvatska d.o.o., from Zagreba, Slavonska avenija 6a, OIB: 87064273078, for a new term of 2 (two) years
9. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Penezić for indirect acquisition of a qualifying holding in the company HOK-OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, OIB 00432869, reaching over 50% in voting rights and initial capital of the company
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued to Cvita Garac, owner of the craft VINTAGE, Obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, own. Cvita Garac, Šegedinova 49, Split, issued on 4 December 2015, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I-974-03/15-01/122, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-15-2, ceased to be valid
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued to Goran Lončar, owner of the craft EXPERT ZASTUPANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, OWN. GORAN LONČAR, ZAGREB, ULICA HRVATSKOG PROLJEĆA 63, issued on 21 June 2017, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I 974-03/17-01/87, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-17-3, ceased to be valid
12. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation business issued on 6 October 2011 to the company PROVIDUS ZASTUPANJE d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb, Savska 144a, OIB 29643271196, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I-453-02/11-37/66, REGNO: 326-112-11-3, ceased to be valid
13. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Mladenka Serdar, founder of the craft ŽEA, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, MLADENKA SERDAR, V. GOTOVCA 19, ZAGREB
