On 5 April 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 23rd meeting and adopted the following decisions:

  1. Decision granting investment adviser authorisation to Kristina Pukšec, for an indefinite period
  2. Decision granting approval to Svemir Kalinić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company IZVOR OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, Trpinjska 9, OIB 02951724955, for the term of 2 (two) years starting from the day of appointment to the function by the Supervisory Board of IZVOR OSIGURANJE d.d.
  3. Decision granting approval to Ivana Gažić to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, OIB: 84368186611, for a mandate of 4 (four) years starting from the day of the appointment to the function by the Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, OIB: 84368186611
  4. Decision granting approval to Tomislav Gračan to perform the function of a member of the management board of the company Zagrebačka burza d.d., Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, OIB: 84368186611, for a mandate of 4 (four) years starting from the day of the appointment to the function by the Supervisory Board Zagrebačka burza d.d. Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, OIB: 84368186611
