18th Meeting

On 15 March 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 18th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting investment advisor authorisation to Silvio Jakolić, for an indefinite period of time

2. Decision granting approval to the alternative investment fund management company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Andrije Hebranga 34, personal identification number (OIB): 62573520714, to take over activities relating to the management of Nexus FGS open-ended venture capital alternative investment fund with private offering from Splitska banka d.d., with its registered office in Split, Domovinskog rata 61, personal identification number (OIB): 69326397242; and granting approval to conclude the contract on carrying out depositary activities with Splitska banka d.d., with its registered office in Split, Domovinskog rata 61, personal identification number (OIB): 69326397242

6. Decision determining that authorisation issued to the small AIFM Real Capital Asset Management d.o.o. za osnivanje i upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Prilaz Gjure Deželića 57, personal identification number (OIB): 10157596751, namely to carry out activities referred to in Article 13 paragraph 1 point 1a of the Alternative Investment Funds Act – establishment and management of alternative investment funds, has ceased to be valid at the request of the AIFM

Decision granting approval to the UCITS management company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, Petrinjska 59, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 81769224349 to merge FWR Multi-Asset Strategy II open-ended investment fund with public offering with FWR Multi-Asset Strategy I open-ended investment fund with public offering

8. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company SQ Capital d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, personal identification number (OIB): 54009254385, to change the present depositary Primorska banka d.d., with its registered office in Rijeka, Scarpina 7, personal identification number (OIB): 96675880337, and to appoint HPB d.d. with its registered office in Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4, personal identification number (OIB): 87939194217 as the new depositary for Mooring open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering

9. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company SQ Capital d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, personal identification number (OIB): 54009254385, to change the present depositary Primorska banka d.d., with its registered office in Rijeka, Scarpina 7, personal identification number (OIB): 96675880337, and to appoint HPB d.d. with its registered office in Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4, personal identification number (OIB): 87939194217 as the new depositary for Anchor open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering

10. Decision determining that authorisation issued to the investment fund management company SQ Capital d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Capraška ulica 6, personal identification number (OIB): 54009254385, namely to carry out activities referred to in Article 13 paragraph 1 point 2 subpoint a) of the Act on Open-Ended Investment Funds with Public Offering (Official Gazette, No. 44/16) – portfolio management pursuant to provisions of the law regulating capital market, has ceased to be valid at the request of the company
