17th Meeting

On 7 March 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 17th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

1. Decision granting approval to the company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., Ivana Lučića 2a, Zagreb, personal identification number (OIB): 68572873963, for material changes to the prospectus of Erste MONEY open-ended investment fund with public offering; and granting approval to invest up to 100% of the net asset value of the Erste MONEY UCITS in transferable securities and money market instruments whose issuer is the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro

2. Decision revoking authorisation to conduct factoring business issued to the company INFINITUM FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Gradišćanska 36, personal identification number (OIB): 68578627732 by virtue of the decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 973-03/17-01/15, REG.NO.: 326-01-550-552-17-8 of 3 March 2017

3. Decision determining that the company INFINITUM FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Gradišćanska 36, OIB: 68578627732 failed to eliminate illegalities and irregularities the elimination of which had been ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 6 October 2017 (CLASS: UP/I 973-07/17-01/07, REG.NO.: 326-01-550-551-17-5), and suspending the off-site examination of the company initiated by Hanfa ex officio (CLASS: UP/I 973-07/17-01/07)

4. Decision granting approval to Ana Marija Vidović for the position of member of the Management Board of the insurance company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 284, personal identification number (OIB): 10840749604, for a term of office lasting for 3 (three) years from the day she was appointed to that function by the Supervisory Board of GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d.

5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Robert Kripner, founder of the insurance representation craft KRIPNER CONSULTING, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Robert Kripner, Nedelišće, Maršala Tita 34

6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Alen Bogadi, founder of the insurance representation craft TIM PRODUKT, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, ALEN BOGADI, KOLODVORSKA 63, KUTINA

7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Kristina Grbeš, founder of the insurance representation craft DOPUNSKO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Kristina Grbeš, Zagreb, Završje 1 A

8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to the pre-company SINERGIJA PROJEKT ZASTUPANJE d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, Zagreb

9. Decision granting approval to the company CRODUX DERIVATI DVA d.o.o., Zagreb, Savska Opatovina 36, personal identification number (OIB): 00865396224, for the publication of a takeover bid relating to the acquisition of the company TANKERKOMERC dioničko društvo za trgovinu, turizam i usluge, with its registered office in Zadar, Obala Kneza Trpimira 2, personal identification number (OIB): 89372508525
10. Decision granting approval to Dora Matošić for the position of member of the Management Board of the company SKDD-CCP Smart Clear d.d., Zagreb, Heinzelova 62a, taxpayer identifying number (OIB): 58388162971, for a term of office running from the first day after the issuance of this approval, according to the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted at the meeting held on 22 December 2017
