On 1 March 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 16th meeting and adopted the following decisions:

  1. Decision granting approval to the company Platinum Invest d.o.o., Zagreb, Gundulićeva 23, personal identification number (OIB): 85233080106, for material changes to the prospectuses of Platinum Blue Chip and Platinum Global Opportunity open-ended investment funds with public offering
  1. Decision granting approval to Valentin Vičič to directly acquire a qualifying holding reaching 50% of the initial capital of the company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o., Zagreb, Trpinjska 5a, personal identification number (OIB): 69566160187; and granting approval to Goran Kovačić to directly acquire a qualifying holding reaching 50% of the initial capital of the Company
