14th Meeting

On 22 February 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 14th meeting and adopted several decisions.

1. Decision determinig that the company BATON SERVICES d.o.o., Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 249, OIB: 92955812807 has performed investment services without being authorised to do so
2. Decision granting approval to the pension company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima from Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, to amend the Statute of the category A mandatory pension fund PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE
3. Decision granting approval to the pension company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima from Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, to amend the Statute of the category B mandatory pension fund PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE 
4. Decision granting approval to the pension company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE dioničko društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima from Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, to amend the Statute of the category C mandatory pension fund PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE 
5. Decision granting approval to the company UniCredit Leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33, OIB: 18736141210, to merge the company UniCredit Partner d.o.o., Zagreb, Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana 17, OIB: 36750834259
6. Decision revoking the autorisation to perform factoring activities issued to the company INVICTUS ULAGANJA d.o.o., Zagreb, Draganići 18, OIB: 19251956951, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I 973-03/17-01/09, REGNO: 326-01-550-552-17-10 of 7 April 2017
7.  Decision revoking the authorisation to perform factoring activities issued to the company FORTIS FACTORING d.o.o., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 20B, OIB: 19787621150, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: AP/I 973-03/17-01/05, REGNO: 326-01-550-552-17-8 of 27 March 2017
8. Decision determining that the company INVICTUS ULAGANJA d.o.o., Zagreb, Draganići 18, OIB: 19251956951, did not eliminate illegalities and irregularities as ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 6 October 2017 (CLASS: AP/I 973-07/17-01/08; REGNO: 326-01-550-551-17-5); and terminating the off-site supervisory procedure of the company INVICTUS ULAGANJA d.o.o., initiated ex officio by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CLASS: AP/I 973-07/17-01/08)
9.  Decision determining that the company FORTIS FACTORING d.o.o. za faktoring, Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 20b, OIB: 19787621150, did not eliminate illegalities and irregularities as ordered by the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency of 6 October 2017 (CLASS: AP/I 973-07/17-01/06; REGNO: 326-01-550-551-17-5); and terminating the off-site supervisory procedure of the company FORTIS FACTORING d.o.o. za faktoring, initiated ex officio by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CLASS: AP/I 973-07/17-01/06)
10. Decision granting authorisation to Anja Jurić, founder of the craft ADRIA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Anja Jurić, Karlovac, Orlovačka 77 B, to perform insurance representation activities
11. Decision determinig that that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation activities issued to Domagoj Ljubičić, owner of the craft COMPARO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, owned by Domagoj Ljubičić, Osijek, Dunavska 47, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I 974-03/16-01/08, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-16-3 of 29 January 2016, ceased to be valid
12.  Decision determinig that that the authorisation to conduct insurance representation activities issued issued to Ivo Pavičić Ivelj, owner of the craft OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, PROCURATOR, owned by Ivo Pavičić Ivelja, Gradišćanskih hrvata 1, Split, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency AP/I-453-06/06-03/111, REGNO: 326-112-03-2 on 14 December 2016, ceased to be valid
